What the hell is he doing with his support hand?
ETA: and is that an armoror's block stuck in the mag well? It doesnt look like a magazine. |

Maybe he's hunting in occupied territory and the block is just used to help load one round at a time into the chamber?

Everyone knows that the 300 BLK won't cycle more than one at a time. He's holding a couple of loose rounds in his left hand and the block keeps them from falling through the mag well when he's reloading.

Definitely a "Waffle-pattern" magazine.
Dumb idea though, restricted cap mags looks better if they are only long enough to hold the desired number of rounds. That looks like horrible. 
ETA; Over all that is just a really unattractive rifle. |

ETA; Over all that is just a really unattractive rifle. It's ugly, but there's not going to be a roadside discussion with a possum cop about how many rounds you can REALLY squeeze into it. Also, if you have a mag that won't drop free, a twenty-size body is a whole lot easier to snag hold of than a stubby 10-or-less. |
