They might have been passing information on the shooting down at Ft. Hood. Enough confused info was out on that one on whether there was a single shooter, or 3 +. ((ETA)) May have been an 'eyes-out' type series of warnings while they sorted out what the hell was going on down south.
Apparently a Major opened up on fellow soldiers, killing 11 and wounding 31.
