I have a C&R handgun and a C&R long gun that I want to ship to a Mass C&R holder.  None would meet any sort of AW definitions (a revolver and a bolt action rifle that each hold 5 shots).  Is it legal to ship these direct?

Thanks,

Mike

Yes, you should just verify that he has a MA LTC (required for mere possession here).

All C&Rs can be shipped direct to MA buyer with copy of C&R FFL and LTC. [FA C&Rs require the normal Fed tax/paperwork and a MA "green card" MG License, then they can be shipped direct too.]
