Been following the gun bills through committee via the VCDL updates and the state website.  Damn the senate is killing us this year.  Watering down bills, killing bills, etc.

We'll be lucky to get anything of significance pushed through this year.  Looks like the Castle Doctrine is dead.  Removing the fingerprinting option for counties is dead.

As a commonlaw state we already had castle doctrine to a certain extent, its the immunity from liability that we lost.  Eliminination of fingerprinting is still alive in hb 1577, at least for now.  What this highlights is the need for us as gunowners to get the right senators elected when the time comes.

I could not agree more. When we lay down and let those fools from New Jersy that have moved in take over and vote in Democrats we are killing ourselves and this state.
