I'm going but driving up with my wife, we have a friend there and stay at his house. Gunbert was looking into going to. It's the smaller show at the Ice House but still beats the hell out of Claude Hall. Ed Sr. is going to be in town and we might be meeting up with him for lunch or a dinner hopefully.
Mike...you going? Edit...Ed Sr. will be at the Sept. Crossroads show not this one. |

Im leaving Thurs after all, want to spend some of FRI with TODD and WENDY of SPECIAL WEAPONS, I want to see that GAS PISTONED AR15/M16 UPPER that he's making.

Its not like its a new idea, COLT did it in 68 , it was called: M16A1 MOD 703 ,, In the 80's there was the RHINO SYSTEM, Hell even SPRING FIELD ARMORY offered the RHINO gas system on their AR15's, That was my first AR, a SPRING FIELD with a RHINO gas system.
TODD's just the latest one doing it, Sense he makes SL8 pistons, He made a SL8 type gas block to fit a AR/M16 barrel, the op rod looks like a SL8 one too. like i said, he's not the frist, and he's not the last. |

I went to sell a Sendra preban and my Serbu .50.....sold the Serbu for $2300, which is more than I paid for it a few months ago. We need to set up a big group to go in Sept, Ed Sr. is going to in Phoenix at the same time the Crossroads show is there.
