Today I went in for a 2nd interview with the pappadeaux company? During the interview he asked me some basic questions about my resume, and if I had reliable transportation. then he said come tomorrow at 3pm for orientation!

I think I have a new JOB!

My plan is to go full time with them, until PCT 5 comes into play. If they can offer competitive pay (plus the LT. said full benefits) then i will go full time PCT 5 and part time pappas!

Money hand over fist soon baby! whoo hoo!

Well....

Swamp Juice
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Everclear
2 oz Vodka
4 oz Blue Curacao
Orange juice

In a normal glass, add everclear and then vodka. Nearly fill with orange juice, and then add blue curacao until the entire drink turns a nice shade of green.

The Swamp Water
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Vodka (Stoli)
1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
1/2 oz Malibu rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Sweet and sour

Pour over ice, shake and strain

Just got approved to serve alcohole today! Sure when I get finished with training and such, I'll be cuttin deals left and right.

Probably not....Most chain restuarants use setups that keep two different people in the process.

The waiter places the order on the computer. The computer prints out the ticket for the bartender and the bartender fills the order. When put in the computer, the drink is placed on the guests check.

You need to get in good with the "cool" bartenders first.

I havent done it yet. Havent had the time with the new JOB. Friday and i think thursday i have off, so i will definatly do it then! right now its getting an oil change.
