In WA, in a private party pistol sale, can you ship within the state or only FTF?  Purchasing party has a valid WA CPL, and is WA resident.  Selling party same.  Can you do the transaction remotely and ship direct, or...?  Don't want to run afoul of WA law or Fed/BATF.

The ATF does not have a problem (or restriction)  with you shipping a long arm, shotgun or handgun to another person in the same state, using the appropriate carrier.

I can't find anything about it the RCW, but I'm not a lawyer.  It may well be in there,  but it is OK with the Federales......
