When we went to DC a couple years ago, there was a seafood market right on the water where the boats brought the seafood to, and they would steam it for you right there, or you could take it with you.
Anything like that in the Virginia beach area?
Any other must see while here? Good gun stores? stuff for the kids? unique, or great restaurant you would not want to miss while here?

Children's Museum (easily spent 2.5 hours with my 1 year old)
221 High Street, Portsmouth, Virginia 23704

Military Aviation Museum
1341 Princess Anne Road
Virginia Beach, Virginia 23457
Not too far from the airport is a little restaurant called Margie and Ray's. Good seafood place even though it looks a little bit like a dive.
The Marine science museum is very nice.
