I'm going to jump on the $60 trust sale.  

Significant possibility of friends joining and we're spread out across the states.

Is this doable?  I understand specific nfa items might be banned in various states.

How do you plan on naming yours? I was considering 'First Initial Last Name Revocable Living Trust' ; so, the engraving would be something like "J Smith RLT"

You won't want to use Revocable Living Trust. The only abbreviation you are supposed to use is the official 2 character state.

I have a buddy who has a Jon Howard Doe Revocable Living Trust who hasn't filed yet. He is binning that trust for 'Doe Trust'
