Every bit helps.  If it passes our brothers in other states will be able to at least carry in MD.

Of course this will just open the door a little bit further to let MD be a shall issue rather than a may issue.


The only way they will not be able to carry in MD is if MD legislature bans CCW for all (no issue) but LEO's.
