Dumbass socialists don't know that there is already a 10% gun tax, even before the 6-8% sales tax. They just love to talk out their asses.

Seattle Washington city council voted in place a $25 tax per firearm and up to 5 cents per round of ammunition sold and drove all the gun shops out of the city. The Washington state supreme court upheld it stating it was not a gun ban but a tax. This approach is the new game plan for Bloomberg to spread his anti-gun agenda. Can't ban them so tax them out of existence..
