I took my twin MG42/22's to RangeUSA for test firing today.  The guns needed cleaning so they jammed a bit, but the linked BMF Activators worked perfectly.

My 11yo and I made a mess out of a couple of targets.   50 rounds at 1050rpm will tear some holes!

What kind of reaction did you get from other shooters?

The Twins are hand-cranked, right?

There was a good bit of interest.  When you let off a 20 round burst that sounds like one long shot, it gets attention, even if it is a .22.

Since I new they were dirty and I just wanted to test the cranks, I only took a brick.  Looked down and it was empty!

They guns use linked BMF Activator cranks.  I set it up so they fire alternately.

I may have them at the meet next weekend.  If not, come by and shoot them at Camden.  Be warned, my 11yo knows you have HK's, especially the love of his life, MP5's!

Here they are:
