For bringing that SP89 out for us to try out. I hope that steel/reactive target setup is in soon!

We brought out a couple of neophytes that day and the weather was fair.

Repeater got his new Springfield Armory GI 1911 tested out, seems to work just fine.

Yeh, the 1911 is sweet. I'll have to try the SP89 next time we're up there.

Which, by the way, should be as soon as possible. I've got a busy spring and summer ahead of me, so I wanna do as much before all the crap goes down over here.

Wasn't it rainy when U were up there? It was really bad in south-central MN... Trees blew over in several places and driving back to MPLS was a P.I.T.A.

I was thinking of going up there with U guys, but I knew I needed to get my homework done...

I would have gone if someone had let me know. Glad you guys got to shoot. Maybe next time.

Since ARFCOM was down I posted to that Yahoo list: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MNARFCOM/

It was fairly nice out, a little windy, then it rained for a bit, but it stayed warm. Over 70 I think. Until we started driving home, then the temp fluctuated like mad.
