How can a State Law in IL reference Codes in Federal Law that no longer exist? Those Federal Statues are GONE.
In fact this looks like an end round run of the NO Ex Post Facto rule in both the IL and US constitutions.
No surprsie there. NRA doesn't have a single endorsement in the first 40 legislative districts!
Looks like they want to give you a "New York" style ban. It could be worse, they could have modeled it after Kali, Connecticut, New Jersey or HR2038.
So what's the update on this?
Have they introduced it yet? Voted on it?
Was just introduced today.
General Assem. is not in Session til 11.0804 (I think).

We have been through this before. It isn't going to happen. HOWEVER....we must hammer them on the phones. Like we did in 02, we crashed the entire phone system is Springfield. Hey if their phone system can't handle the wrath the stir up, too bad. This truely is election year suicide. Madigan is an idiot, like Blago, they are one term lame ducks. Call your Senators and Reps. Call the Chicago gun grabbers and tell them we reject what they have to offer.
