Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Termite exterminator

Anyone have a recommendation for  a company that does termite eradication?  Looks like it will require drilling into the slab and I don't want to do it myself.

I may end up using them for multiple properties and would prefer to give the business to a gun friendly company.

I use them for our Phoenix area apartment properties and single family homes that we manage.

If you sign a 5 year contract they may give you a deal on the upfront cost for termite removal (ie, not charge you up front for the initial treatment and only charge you the annual fee only.)
