I saw an auction in gunbroker.com for TejasGunWerks.com and Terry L. Davis - Gunsmith.
Does any one here know them? Is this a reputable firm? Thanks, pale_pony in Oklahoma.

I had Terry re-contour and refinish an AR15 barrel for me. He did real good work at a fair price. He can be hard to make contact with from time to time since he is a one man shop, but he ALWAYS returned my calls when I left a message.

Yes Terry is a Good Guy. I have purchased from him and he has done work on one of my AR's.

I have purchased, transfered and had Terry do tons of work for me, very flexable and always delivers. He is a great guy and never a problem.

I will vouch for him.
His shop is off 183 on the east side. He definitely can be hard to get a hold of on the phone, but is reliable. |

Don't know that comments from anyone else are needed, but I agree that Terry is very good and very reasonable. He has done similar work for me and I was very pleased. Will use him again too. |

He made me a hell of a deal on a bull barreled DPMS a few years back. Actually thinking about getting a new upper from him next month.
