I would say that they were not very cool at all... Sweat .. After ten minutes I bet its like walking in two paddling pools.... 
Worst case of "trench foot" I've seen in a bit...

Try finding them, the black ones seem out of stock everywhere and the European dealer doesn't seem to have any.
