I don't have the course on the computer, you may need to e-mail TCLEOSE directly and have them verify your status before they will send it to you.  I don't know how tightly they control the information.

I'll check with some of the guys at work and see if anyone has a computer copy for you.

The above link is not available even as a cached page but I found the guide on a cached page of a different link.  I took the course six years ago but I don't think the material has changed.
