I was hoping for a good outcome...even though I'm observing from across the stateline most of the time, I have seen crazy things come out of the Santa Fe statehouse. As as a partime taxpayer, I was waitng to see what happened. Read that the State is dealing w/ a budget crisis for the third year. Fat Bill didn't care.

Yep. Not too bad. She's giving Big Fat Boners to some of the bad laws. Hope she keeps it up.

That's such fucking bullshit! Politicians should not get any special privileges, especially when it comes to criminal investigations.
Just like crimes committed with a firearms, there should be a special enhancement for crimes committed while representing the public trust.
Bastard!

Thats something I've never understood. Why should a crime commited with a firearm carry more punishment? For example, someone shoots someone else with a gun and kills them. Or someone uses a pickle fork to repeatedly stab someone, until they are dead. Both cases the person is dead, but the fork user was much more motivated. Which should carry the higher penalty? Or should they be the same?
