My brother lives in PA and as a B-day gift I sent him money to purchase a suppressor. His trust is an old school Silencer Co trust with suppressors on it already.

Does PA now require trustee's to submit fingerprints as well is my question. Not a big deal yet more of a hassle.

If the trustee is a responsible person then they have to do fingerprints and photographs along with the RP questionnaire.

And that isn't a PA requirement. It's a federal regulation. So it's true in all states where trusts are utilized to purchase and possess NFA items.
