Looking for some 1 and 1.5" black strap and buckles along with some other odds and ends for a single and 2-point sling I am fabing up.  Went to strapworks online for the HK style clips and thought I could get the strap locally.  Well Ace, HomeDepot, Lowes, and Wally are a no go.  Any ideas where to buy this stuff in the Gilbert area?

Thx in advance

If you're up for an online purchase, try here:

Thanks, was actually looking for a local source due to my "draggin of ass" and putting this off and now need to get it together by this Wednesday.  Found that site after I had ordered from strapworks.com and they seem to have a very good selection.  I'll have to give them some business next go round.  Any other takers??

Cruse over to REI.  I know they have black webbing and some plastic hardware.  I saw od green tubular webbing in their Albuquerque store last time I was there.  Surplus shops might have something.

Maybe try some of the local fabric stores? Like Jo-Ann's....

There's a place called Tempe Sales...yes it's in Tempe just west of Tempe High School (Mill/Broadway) on the same side of the road. I get all my sling material and buckles there. It's an upholstery supply place.

Tempe Sales would be worth a check, you also might want to check Mesa Sales as it might be closer to you.

2nd for REI.  I have made a few slings from the goodies over there.  Also fabbed up stuff for packs and bags.  Buckles, clips, hooks, etc.  Got alot of stuff.  Rather cheap too.

There's a place on Main in Mesa on the south side of Main, between Gilbert and Lindsay.

Can't think of the name of it-Mesa Sales or something. They have the strap and the fasteners for cheap...

Thanks, got it all at Mesa Sales this afternoon.  This is defiantly the place to go just over $12 for enough to do 2 single point and 2-2 point slings!
