Went to the SA in Little Rock today, and they didnt have anything. I asked if they were closing down and the guy said they just wasn't goin to be selling any guns, ammo, or hunting stuff anymore. He said the store in NLR was doin the same thing.

Anyone been to the NLR store? Are they marking stuff down?

I called the NLR store after I left the WLR store and they said they didn't have anything left either.

Their prices were kinda high anyway.

Well I will not shop there any more. Service Merchandize stopped selling guns and ammo then shortly after that they went under. K-Mart stopped selling pistol ammo and soon they filed for bankruptcy. Target used to sell ammo when I lived in California; they marked it all down and stopped selling it. The only thing that saved Sears is the tool section. When the wife says hey you want to go to whatever store, I say fine if they have a gun and ammo section. If they don’t have big boy toys I don’t shop there much. If they take an anti gun / hunting stance I shop there never.

Academy and Sports Authority, I always mix them up. Where is Sports Authority?

Sports Authority is the one on Chenal, right behind Best Buy. In NLR its right on McCain behind where they're putting the Hooters. They were high on prices, but they would run good sales on ammo, hunting stuff, and camping stuff.
