Are you talking about Project 2000? They are great guys and have a good price but right now they are in the process of changing FFL's so they are not selling/transfering for now. But you can just go and introduce yourself.

If you are a member of SBRC, Mitch Dashiell can do the transfer. He's in South Bay.

In Mission Valley, try Discount Gun Mart on Morena.

Further north, American Shooting Centers in the Kearny Mesa area.

In East County, El Cajon Gun Exchange.

$25.00 plus DROS is a great price. I'd jump on it.

Be carefull, DGM is kind of shady with transfers. Their policy is: If they have it for sale, they do not do a transfer.
