I know most people do not like "what if's"...but...
With all the rain we are having, I sure hope that the pit at the LCR will not be in three feet of water by the time we get there. Your thoughts, discuss, recon needed perhaps?  -Beetle |

I kinda wonder what the roads will be like. Doesn't the main dirt road have a "little stream" running along side it?

Just before LCR weekend someone should recon the road to check for washouts. Likely not a problem on the mainline. The pit might have small lakes at both ends but the middle is high ground, sort of...
Bring Strykers, then we really won't care

I agree with 1GunRunner. It'll be fine.
The roads might be muddy, and there'll probably be standing water, but really, this isn't very bad rain. So it's rained every day for a while ... whoopidy doo. |

The roads won't be muddy. The rain is what cleans the mud off the road.

Very much a non-issue.
There is a slide area very near the pit. (on the left, just before you turn right in to the pit). But nothing will be underwater unless Mother Nature shows us something new.
