Hey guys I have some home furniture I put up in the New EE but it doesn't look like it posted under the local section. I really only want to deal with locals on this stuff, trades being accepted and so are offers. I didn't start the price high to do the whole negotiating price dance, but if you have a good trade or want to spilt the furniture I am open to it.

I have a 4 piece family room set (couch, love seat, chair,foot rest and some throw pillows) about 5 or 6 years old, a front loading washer and a gas dryer about 3 or 4 years old. I am selling it because I was supposed to be getting another house, but the deal fell through because banks suck ........and I will leave it with that,  I want my garage back and don't want to store it.

Hell I am selling the furniture for a little over $60 an item and a washer and dryer for a little more than the cost of the washer stand by itself, you really can't beat it check out the pictures.

Mods, If you don't want the  post here, can put it in the old EE so it comes up under a local sale.

Ha, yeah sorry about that..... it would help if I stated that local is Las Vegas, if you want to come outside of Las Vegas that's cool, I am just not shipping it.

Everything sold this morning, with out one haggle on price..... Guess it was too low of a price lol.
