Or is November when y'all hunt elk/deer/badgers/domestic swine up there in the Great Northwest?

What I don't get from hunters is that they have 3 or four months for hunting, so they have a lot of opportunities to hunt...and missing one weekend is a no-no...Right?!?!!? Or Am I missing something?



I know you don't hunt, Mojo, so I'll let it slide.... but for those who do, opening day of a season is a day like no other. People across the nation plan and schedule days off and vacations and other outings around opening day. You ever seen the film Escanaba In Da Moonlight (it's about the great ritual of hunting in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan)?
