WeatherChannel via Internet said 1" possible.....I've got all of four inches on the deck railing so far (Princeton) and it's still falling. Might be time for a spin on the old ditch banger....

Heavy and wet!  I cleaned my truck off and put in the garage!  Nice drifts! Must be 5 to 6 in since it started, it would be worse if it had changed from rain to snow earlier in the day!

The wife and I are snowed in at my parents house in Delano.  5-6" here.  We witnessed 2 accidents and saw the aftermath of 3 more coming back from Bloomington.   My wife was too shook up to want to drive another 45 miles home.

North of Mankato in Kasota, i have 10+ inches in my driveway and the damn snow plow put another 2 feet at the entrance to my drive way. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

Oh well. My wife and I had 4 kids for future child labor and they'll get a work out today.

I helped my dad snowblow before we left their house in Delano.  We got home and there is not even enough to shovel.

We were right along the snow/rain line.  It rained for about 12 hours then several hours of snow.  About 1.5" on the ground.  Right on the border of blowing/not blowing.  I did end up blowing so I didn't end up with an inch of ice if it freezes hard before it melts.  Ended up throwing more gravel than snow since the damn ground hasn't frozen yet.

I can't believe with the above freezing temps we've had all week plus all the rain, there are people out snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake.  One person has already died out here in the last 6 weeks.

About 4-5 inches of snow in South Minneapolis.  Of course, it's hard to tell due to all the blood covering everything down here.

Lake Harriet and Lake Calhoun still open in the middle.

Do not be spreading rumors about crime in Minneapolis, you do know that the crime is not that bad.
