NWS prediction of 2-4" of snow between 9 pm and 9 am tomorrow. Hunker in the bunker and get ready for the snow!

I was up at beretta rd today and I got done shooting my C-mag and my shoulders had about 1/4" of snow on them. I got up there and there was almost nothing. When I left there was probably 1". I was only there for an hour! Saw a guy put a hole in the bed of his truck with a .300 win. 3 actually.

I'd say that the weather wonks got it about right. Near as I can tell there's about 4" of precip nestled on the ground. Most we've had for many months. Some more coming midweek.

Watch, we'll get just enough that the forest service thinks it's time to burn slash piles again, and a week later I'll be able to get out of work for a couple days to go play with the fire. Woohoo!

I like to shoot back where the sheriff's shoot as it is pretty level and has the 100 yard line marked clearly. It's past the range by the entrance. There was a doof there though shooting clays. So I just kept going a little further and found a decent spot. I was there until about 2:15. Just went to plink at a few silhouettes.

Just got in from spending sime time with the 10/22 in the back yard. Beautiful day... almost. I'm up to about 14-16 inches.

WooT! We're getting more snow today. Another 2-4" by morning. Both kids have Influenza B and I'm stuck watching bad kid movies while they recuperate.
