I'm not sure that I can make it tomorrow, but am very interested.
What is the range size and how late is it open? I have only ever shot at Bullethole locally. Thanks |

 Got there around 20:30. Me and my girl dug it. Good vibes from the staff and participants. We had the only AR on the firing line (.22LR).  There's eight or nine ports. A bit further drive than the Bullet Hole. The range depth looked about 30 yards-ish? Good stuff. Some poor chap next to us fired a .40 out of his .45. The range master was like, "Who sold joo this," ha ha ha. Looking forward to going again. |

Man, I should have asked what was in that long case... and I should have brought my AR :-) I saw the commotion with the RO, but how did N00b realize he dropped a .40 in his .45? Small kaboom? He seemed to walk out of there OK... The "North Jersey Pistol League" starts up at Bayonne tomorrow ; I haven't shot it before, but my father and sister have. I think it's a small handfull of mags, timed rapid and slow, at a bowling pin silhouette -- with a couple of mandatory "head shots". Should be fun, I'm signing up for my first season there tomorrow. It was great to meet Iggy, with his lightest-pull Glock I've ever fired ;-) -WhyTanFox |
