Got a big party on Labor Day weekend. I would definately miss an LCR on that weekend.

I have to vote for weekends that i can afford to come out. Unfortunately, only the last weekend we have available in september would work for me.

Labor day sounds good but any week will do.

Back east there is a thing about being 'afield' during these seasons with firearms. Is there anything like that here??

Pit shooting is not a problem and bright orange is only required if you are hunting.

If you are hunting something like grouse in an area open to deer or elk I believe you need to have a big game license and an elmer fudd hat. YMMV.

I voted for Labor Day weekend because it's a long weekend (not sure if I get a 3-day or a 4-day), and we don't have a company training schedule out yet, so it's also the only weekend I can count on being open.

I just saw the training schedule for September. The week before LCR, we're doing .50 Cal range. Friday, we're doing an AAR, so it's an easy day. Then Sat/Sun is clear. Sweet!

Hopefully I wil be bringing my .50 to LCR this time. ~~I need to call Ferret and see how that bolt upgrade is going.~~

Called. He is finishing up a run, then will fix it and get her back. The firing pin was indeed FUBAR'd.
