Well, It looks like Buffalo Range will be open by then. Who's up for the first Blastfest of the season ? I know it's a holiday weekend, so...... Who's gonna be around ? I'm ready, Are you ?

OH YA! all I can say is if I am not in the hospital for some reason, I will be "right thur". I will walk if need be. I have never been to the range, but have been looking forward to getting out there. I've been shooting in a little brick building for a year now. A bolt and a lower parts kit, and I'll have my third one complete. I guess I need to pretend I'm heading up a group buy on ammo. If it's a holiday weekend I will probably have atleast two co-workers bringing their ar's aswell.

snojet. I think your thinking of the place on RT6 , next to The Lamplighter.

The Silver Slipper is off of 80 , Rte 71.

I have not been out in awhile, both should be open, I think the lamplighter opens later though.

Anyway the 1st lap dance in on me

Which is going to be hard since I lost my wedding ring and need to replace it.

Even if I don't shoot, I'm still going.

Silver Slipper . Rt71 & Int State 80. South Side .

Lamp Lighter, Int State 80 to Rt23, South, take Rt. 6 west 3 Mi. or so. It,s on your left. not even that far.

There is one south of me, and one North also. Never been to either of them. I heard both are bring your own beer types.

One is by El paso, South 51. The other is North up 51. Cannot think of where .

Guys,

Keep in mind that the folks at Buffalo Range are saying Sept 1st "maybe".

When I called out there friday, I was told the range may not be open til mid-september.

I'm in whenever the range opens up. Sounds like they need to confirm EXACTLY when they'll be opening up though. Let's go shooting!

What's Blastfest ? Is this a one day shoot for AR15ers. Been to buffalo rock before. I go shoot half the day and the rest of the day ride dirtbikes on the back property.

Blastfest is just what we call it.

We don't rent out the range, we all just show up and start shooting.
