Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Seafood in Stamford CT?

I will be staying in Stamford CT in mid July and was wondering if there are any seafood places worth trying.  I looked online and they had Mitchell's and Oceans 21.  Mitchell's is a chain and I can eat that here in WI.....Oceans 21 did not have may reviews.

If you feel like driving a little(20 minutes), this place is very good.

If not, Capital Grille at the Stamford Mall is pretty good. It's next to Mitchells.

Supposedly the Crab Shell in Stamford has great lobster rolls/lobster.

I wouldn't know personally though I don't like seafood.
