Down here in Pima county your can access arrest records on the internet, I thought he meant the guy lived in Mesa, AZ. I guess not. |

Send him to me. I do skip trace as a hobby/favor for one of the dealerships I work with. If the guy was in Maricopa county I can probably dig up something on him for free.
