Are the 7.62x39 Saiga rifles legal in CA with a 10rnd mag and a hunting stock? Thanks.

somthing i understand as a gray "area" saigas are banned by name but some were imported by a diffrent company (not Klasiknov usa). from what i understand it might be legal and it might not be if its a diffrent importer. i do know vepers can be transfered into state.
