no they are not legal.



WITH THAT SAID....

If you're in a situation where your mags are being checked for legal capacity, you're already fucked and they're just looking to add years to the sentence. Take that however you may.

There are some legal pre ban STI mags, mostly 38s/9mm in 140mm and 170mm length. They are slightly shorter than
the newer post ban 140/170's. The 126mm flush mags remain unchanged from pre ban last i heard but competition shooters
all use the longer ones. There is no exemption for competitors but there should be. On the other hand, not a one of those Albany
jackals would know what an STI is.

Pretty much every one in clubs has pre ban mags that they use for open class. With that being said rality is subjective, read between the lines.
