SBR's - AR15.COM

I will be moving to Duluth in June and all I can find on the internet are regulations pertaining to SBS's.

So...what's the deal with SBR's? Are they a go or a no-go in Minnesota?

SBR's = OK (with proper stamp collection)

Everything else (ie. cans, MG's, etc...) = no-go.

Good to go. Duluth is a libtard stronghold so I am not sure if you can get your CLEO to sign off, but there are other more painful routes.

If you want to ask about other NFA items, you might want to start another thread. I suggest the following- "Are suppressors legal in MN?"

I won't need the CLEO to sign...I can have the Security Force's Commander sign it (will be taking a job in the Duluth Air Guard).
