Can I SBR any AR lower in CT? After it is SBR'ed can I then put a collapse and FH on it?

I currently have 2 Preban Bushy lowers, but would rather SBR a post ban if I could put all of the evil goodness on it afterwards. Then I could have 3 legal rifles with all of the goodness.


I would have posted this in the ClassIII section but with CT's dumb ass laws I figured it would be easier to find an answer in here.

no, you need to SBR a preban if you want to make it evil...
