ATF F 5330.20 Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C. 922 (g)(5)(B)
ATF Form 1 (5320.1) Application to Make and Registar a Firearm
Fingerprint Card

Order those from here http://www.atf.treas.gov/dcof/index.htm

You have to state WHY you intend to make a firearm. I talked to a few people who had SBRs and they used to enchance their personal collection, but no one knew how to word it.


Apparently the cost is $200.00 tax stamp

as for how long, I'm sorry I can't help you there, but will shortly be finding out for myself.

Remember, it is not a "licence"  it is a tax stamp.
