U.S. Rep. Allen West, R-Plantation, hosts a town hall meeting in Jupiter tonight after a confab in Pompano Beach Monday night in which he was asked to run for president and confronted –– again –– by an executive from the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
During more than an hour of Q&A Monday night, West dismissed the presidential talk, saying he's not ready after less than two months in Congress.
CAIR's South Florida executive director, Nezar Hamze, brought a Koran to the meeting and asked West to "show me one verse in this Koran where it says to attack America, attack Americans, or attack innocent people."
West, who also encountered Hamze at a Jan. 31 town hall meeting, mentioned the Koran's "verse of the sword" and told the CAIR executive "Don't try to blow sunshine up my butt."

Tonight's town hall meeting begins at 7 p.m. at 5353 Parkside Drive in the Lifelong Learning Society Auditorium on Florida Atlantic University's Jupiter campus.
I use to live in Jupiter, FL. It was a very nice place untill all the snow birds found out they couldnt expand to the west in Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm, so they started moving north and ruined Jupiter.
