Hi all:

<-- I currently live in CA but don't get me wrong, I'm not a "Californian" (FL native, err I used to be).  Nope, I'm not like the many goons from Kali who have moved to your great state and, well, interfered with your freedoms.  I'm staunchly pro-gun, an active hunter, politically active citizen.  And so is my wife.

So, if any of you know of a good real estate agent (Portland area), feel free to post or IM what or who you know, and you too could have two more more like-minded people up your way.

Thanks.
-Hartmann

Thank you!  Should I tell either that you recommended me?

ETA:  what are some good neighborhoods to look at?  I'd prefer low crime areas.

Thanks again

If it’s not too late;

Jessica Lipscomb 503 816-9537

She and her partner are focused primary on buyers (buyer’s agent).  You also get two agents for the price of one.  They partner up so your purchase is always moving forward, and that’s nice to have in Portland’s market right now.

You can tell her  Mark form AR15.com referred you.

I’m a broker with RE/MAX Equity Group, Inc.

I’m in the Salem office, but we have 16 offices in the Portland area.

What part of the city are you looking to move to?

I’m a member of the Portland MLS, I can feed you preliminary information and get you set up with a RE/MAX agent in the area of the city you’re looking to buy.

You can e-mail me at [email protected] or call (800) 798-3156 and ask for me.

Hope to hear from you.

I'm not an agent but I moved to Portland this year.  You can browse the listing at this web site.

I bellieve it's the same as the agents have. only some of the data is restricted to agent acess, like seller's phone numbers and and other comments.

Thanks for the info, everyone!

Now....what are some neighborhoods I should avoid in the greater Portland area?

if you can avoid multnomah county (Portland) very liberal  portland is kind of stange you can live in a really good neighbor hood and walk 10 blocks into
a bad one.

i recommend Clackamas county since its next door and not so liberal mostlybetter neighbor hoods some sore spots as with any area.

also lmk if you need a mortgage broker i know a really  good one .

Stay away from NE 82nd Avenue.

It's ghetto-fabulous.
