missed the last SEVERAL gun shows and REALLY needing to pick up some ammo and stuff, but haven't had the money/time to shoot either

Lots of guns and ammo. Full show. Was there yesteday and going back today. Little bit of a drive for me but tons of things to choose from. Lots of deals walking in the doors :)

Just got home from show. Ammo is selling good, not the best show by far used guns at new prices.
I did find ar-15 mags for $6.

went today and had a good time, there where a few deals, ammo prices have come down if you know what prices are.....
RAM ammo has some good stuff at good prices, I didn't have enough cash
I saw RRA 2 stage trigger for $85/$140 with lpk and unknown brand lpk's in the $55 range....
got me some brass to fireform to 6.5Grendel

someone told me AP bullets are illegal, is that correct? And it is illegal to sell them, but it is all over. Is this gunshow/gunstore bs?

I also enjoyed listening to all the bs, that is almost worth the price of admission

AP is a term often miss understood, and I'll let someone else explain it. Just so you know, there are some "true" AP rounds that are on the "no go" list with the BATF, like 7.62 Nato. There is a lot of ammo labeled as AP that isn’t really true AP. I found a guy selling a bunch of 7.62 Nato ammo listed as AP, but it wasn’t, and I never bought into that crap.

I'm not sure of the exact wording, but the gist of it is that it is "illegal to sell AP .308 ammo". However it is legal to posess it or sell the componants to assemble AP ammunition and the old M1 .30-06 AP ammo is 100% legal to sell and own.
