I just sold some 20 round mags to a buyer in CO. There's no ban or law that would cause an issue is there?

No. However you should have checked prior to a sale.

It was on gun broker. I stated in the listing please do not bid if you can't own them in your state. However, that didn't stop the last 2 bidders from trying. I just wanted to verify before I shipped.

The city and county of Denver is only county in the state w/ any specific law on mags....19Shot No shotgun over 5rds.

You say 19 rounds is the mag limit. I was also told that it was 20 and only in the city of Denver. I'm not trying to be a bother... just don't want to get anyone in trouble.

ship away. Even if the address is a Denver one, I wouldn't worry. Its not like Denver PD is going to take a warrant out on you (Denver has their own crappy rules limiting people to 20 rounds, but its utterly ignored. Even the gun shows inside Denver city limits sell 30 round mags and drum mags like there's no tomorrow).

Ship them...the Gun Police haven't been formed yet.... My friends rents space to 303 ARMS for a storefront. Google him. It's in Denevr proper. Guess what he has on his shelves ? All kind of mags. I was just mentioning the City Ord.

As I understand it the ban only covers "high cap" mags that are inserted in a rifle. Simply owning the mags is not illegal.
