I should be moving there in a month or so and have been wondering if the sheriff there will sign off on classIII.  Thanks.

Too my knowledge, the CLEO in your county or any other
in TN CANNOT refuse to sign anymore.

It is a state law that they run a background check and if
you pass it, they have to sign off within 15 days.

They have no choice anymore.

Great ain't it ?

John,

Class III won't be a problem.

When you get to Campbell, you'll HAVE to make a trip to the gear-do's Mecca: the original LightFighter store.  Surely you've been to the FayetteNam store, now you get to see where it all started.

BTW, enjoy life in 5th Group.

You could just get a place in either Oak Grove or over in Hopkinsville that would solve your problem and you wouldn't have to worry about Montgomery county.

On a side note:

Montgomery Co.  boasts as one of the handfull of counties in TN that carry the largest (most points) bucks.
