Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question about CCW license

So... I have all the forms here, but I think I also ordered the application for a Class "G" license.  I dont need that do I?  I am a resident of MO, stationed in SC, applying for a FL CCW.  And for those who might remember, Which fingerprint card do I use?  the 790.06 or the 493.6108?  I need help.  I work nights and it is hell getting time to talk on the phone during business hours.

I'm a FL resident so I'm not sure if the fingerprint card format is different for you but the 790.06 is what came with my packet.
