At 10:00am today Queens Borough President Donovan Richards will host a press conference calling for the urgent need to address the recent surge in gun violence in Queens at the Woodside Houses Management Office, 50-51 Broadway, Queens.

Queens already has an assault weapon ban, gun registration, magazine limits of 5, ammo limits, no carry permits issued, ban on private sales, year long waits to get a permit to even own a handgun, and a prohibition on internet sales of ammo shipped to the home.

What other restriction against law abiding citizens will help stop those who break the law?
