Since I've purchased all of my handguns from shops, I need clarification on the proper procedures.
A co-worker picked up a Glock from a "legit source"  , and would like to now register/transfer it.Thanks guys. |

Take the handgun to any LVMPD substation (unloaded, of course) and they will register the handgun.

Don't freak out where it asks you where you got it, I actually saw a guy sit there for 10 minutes and he couldn't remember the EXACT name of the gunshop he bought it at 20 years ago in NY so he left and told the clerk he would come back when he remembered, the clerk gave him this look ---->
I always just put "Private party at gunshow" and have never had a problem with over 20+ handguns. |
