Project Appleseed has three active ranges in the state as of right now: Albuquerque Shooting Range Park, Roswell Gun Club, and Sidney Paul Gordon Shooting Range in Otero County.

Only a few on the schedule right now, but more will be posted as the year goes.

There was one in the ABQ in February. You can read the AAR HERE

Upcoming events can be found here: New Mexico

Registration/check in at all locations opens at 8 AM.  A mandatory safety briefing is at 9 AM and marks the start of each day's course.  Walk-ons are welcome if space allows but early registration is the only way to guarantee a spot.

After a very long wait S&W M&P 15/22 rifles are welcome on the line again!

Please feel free to ask questions!  I love questions

Currently on the Schedule:

March 26-27 Alamogordo LADYSEED - SOLD OUT

April 23-24 Roswell Patriots' Day event

September 17-18 Ladyseed!  Albuquerque

New Mexico should soon have a new Shoot Boss in the ABQ, so look for more events to be added to the schedule going forward!

DanielleMorgan is a long time Appleseed instructor.  If any of the NM shoots are in driving range you should make it a priority!

And a heads up!!  Look for a new event on the schedule for June, ya'll. I'll announce as soon as the dates are finalized.

Does it include breakfast at Nuckleweed?

The La Luz range is just down the hill. I will definitely attend, if schedules allow.

Mornin, TXPaulie!  Sorry, breakfast isn't included, but you're welcome to bring the donuts

The Alamogordo schedule is a little lean just now. The Shoot Boss there has had some health concerns, and I'm stretched pretty thin.  Soon as I can figure a way to get some on the schedule that I can adequately staff, I'll post here.

Extra Extra, Read All About It!

A new event has been added to the Schedule for the ABQ! On June 11 we will conduct a one-day Rimfire Known Distance event at the Albuquerque Shooting Range Park. This will be New Mexico's FIRST RKD event!

Take your .22lr Rifle out to 100 yards and earn the Rimfire Known Distance rocker! Put into practice all the skills you learned at our standard Appleseed events, plus Trajectory and Environmental factors, without burning through expensive centerfire ammunition. And they're just plain FUN :)

Register now at ABQ Rimfire Known Distance June 11

Previous participation at a standard 25m Appleseed event is a prerequisite, as many of the fundamentals needed to complete this course will not be taught at this event.
