I'm looking to sell one of my rifles, and I'd prefer to sell to a Virginian face to face. Is it ok for me to post it here instead of in the EE, or should I do it in the EE and just state that it's for a face to face sale only?

Hey!

Post it in EE and make a note that you prefer to sell to VA resident. I did the same thing...Personally, I want to see the goods before I buy it. Also, If a person buys it out of state thru their FFL and they don't like it, then there's the hassle of refunds, return shipping, FFL costs (both ends), etc. It's a lot easier to do a person-person transfer.

Yes you must post the add in the EE. Just put a note that you only want to do a F/F sale in VA.

Thanks Tim and you're right. I don't want to sell it, but at this point in time, I have to. I know I'm going to regret it later (even more-so than now), but with the new baby coming, I need the cash more now.
