The box is covering a couple of systems that are deployed on that particular truck. A dilligent Googler could probably identify several systems that could be mounted there. There are numerous Arfcommers who probably know exactly what is there, or at least they could list the possibilities. Anyway, in the interest of OPSEC I decided to cover up some of the equipment. Now if you want to see something sexy in that pic, aside from me, check out my gunners secondary system, an M249 with 14.5" barrel, forward rails and M4 style collapsible stock. You might also observe a "Hellfish". I had my gunner yell "WOOT"for MarkM at some passing Danes on the MSR but I don't think that they heard. Speaking of Danes, I saw one the other day that looked just like Jason Mewes (Jay and Silent Bob fame) with a blond ponytail and scraggily goatee, WTF? I think I need to ask the Professor about that one. |
