I'm about to head to the sipsey wildernessand was wondering if it's legal to carry?

Yes.

You'll need an AL-equivalent CWP to carry concealed or to carry while in a vehicle (or to transport in a vehicle).

OC is legal without a permit.

Where you going in the SW?
